What is Estroven For Menopause Relief?

Estroven For Menopause Relief is a series of supplements each of which, according to the manufacturer, is an all-natural solution for many of the problems associated with menopause. Because every woman will go through menopause eventually, we wrote this review of Estroven to help you decide if it is the best option for you when it comes to treating the symptoms that come with going through “the change”. We looked at the ingredients, dosage, price and other important factors while doing our research, so that you are well informed.

Ingredients

Standardized Black Cohosh Root, though not of the Asian variety, is found in this product. It has been linked to a reduction in hot flashes. The kind used in Estroven isn’t as pure as the kind traditionally used, but is at therapeutic levels. Soy Isoflavones have also been shown to cut down on hot flashes and night sweats. The magnolia bark is said to help improve mental wellbeing and reduce irritability. Melatonin should help you sleep, and gingko biloba will help you concentrate. Lastly, Synetrim CQ is said to help you avoid weight gain while going through menopause.

Dosage

Estroven offers a variety of formulas for menopause relief. Because of this, there are differences in how much you take, and how often you take it. If you are taking the Estroven Weight Management formula, you’ll need to take one capsule per day. You should take it for at least sixty days to see improvement. On the other hand, if you take the night formula, Estroven Sleep Cool, you take your capsule at night, not during the day. Make sure to always read the instructions!

What is the Cost?

As with the dosage, the fact that there are a number of different formulas there are different prices. On Amazon, at the time of this review, you could buy a 30-capsule bottle of Estroven Weight Management for $17.00; the Sleep Cool (nighttime, 30-caplet) formula could be purchased for $14.21 and the Energy (multi-symptom relief version, 40 caplets) was $29.18.

Manufacturer’s Guarantee

The only guarantee we could find on Estroven’s website is a safety guarantee. It states that their products are made in safe factories that are completely up to standard. However, there is no guarantee that their products work as advertised, nor that you will receive a refund if they don’t.

Our Final Review of Estroven

In researching our Estroven For Menopause Relief review we have certainly found upsides to using this product. For example, it uses good ingredients to tackle a wide variety of menopause symptoms, including hot flashes, irritability and sleeplessness. Most of the versions had reasonably good positive to negative ratings ratios on Amazon (although some versions were notably higher than others). However, there are some drawbacks as well. The many different formulas can make it difficult to pick out which product is right for you and, if your symptoms are only dealt with by two or more of the versions, you would need to buy each of them. Perhaps the greatest concern is the fact that there is no money-back guarantee.
