What is Sports Research Keto Plus?

In this review of Sports Research Keto Plus, we look at it as a ketogenic supplement which is a blend of medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) and beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB). When these ingredients pair up, they work together to maintain steady ketone levels in the body. The manufacturer claims that this product can fuel focus and energy while enhancing physical performance.

Ingredients

  • MCT (medium-chain triglycerides)
  • Citric Acid
  • Calcium Silicate
  • Malic Acid
  • Silica
  • Fruit & Vegetable Juice (color)
  • Natural Flavor
  • Stevia
  • Monk Fruit
  • goBHB (Calcium Beta-hydroxybutyrate, Sodium Beta-hydroxybutyrate, Magnesium Beta-hydroxybutyrate, L-Carnitine, L-Tartrate)

In this product, goBHB consists of Calcium Beta-hydroxybutyrate, Sodium Beta-hydroxybutyrate, Magnesium Beta-hydroxybutyrate, L-Carnitine, L-Tartrate. It unlocks a protein which may increase antioxidant protection, optimizes mechanical efficiency, and improves blood flow. Supplemented MCT (medium-chain triglycerides) are basically healthy fats which allow the body to perform at its peak by providing a natural and sustained energy source. It also enables the conversion of ketones into fuel for the brain. Supplemented goMCT also aids weight loss.

Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Monk fruit, and Stevia are all sweeteners while Calcium Silicate and Silica are food additives. We regret seeing these on the product’s ingredient list as additives are known to stunt the performance of the product’s active ingredients. We are also uncertain of where the goBHB is derived from. Most leading brands source their ketones from the scientifically proven highest ketone concentrated berry: the red raspberry. It would certainly be a disappointment if the ketones in Sports Research Keto Plus were formulated in a laboratory.

Dosage

Adults are to mix 1 scoop with 8-10 oz of water for a single serving. The manufacturer does not mention any more information regarding directions for use other than that no more than 2 servings should be taken per day.

What is the Cost?

The manufacturer sells this product online for $ 50.00, the product is also sold through online third-party retailers. The manufacturer seems to host seasonal discounts on their website.

Manufacturer’s Guarantee

Dissatisfied customers are protected by a 90-day money back guarantee. This pales in comparison to most leading brands which offer a 365-day money back guarantee.

Our Final Review of Sports Research Keto Plus

We like this product is not-GMO and gluten free, we also like the fact that the manufacturer allows their customers to track their shipment on their website. There have also been factors which have given us a negative impression of the product, such as the short 90-day guarantee period and presence of food additives in the blend. Apart from not mentioning where the ketones are sourced from, Sports Research Keto Plus may not deliver optimal results due to the list of additives which may weaken the strength of the product. After taking everything into consideration, we would rather not suggest this product as a ketogenic dietary supplement.
