What is Weleda Stretch Mark Massage Oil?

The following is a review of a product manufactured by Weleda, called Stretch Mark Massage Oil. The product has been designed to help support the skin’s appearance during and after pregnancy. Thus, it is an oil that is used to help reduce the appearance of stretch marks. To find out more about Weleda Stretch Mark Massage Oil and if it is an effective solution for you, read our full review below.

Ingredients

  • Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil
  • Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil
  • Triticum Vulgare Germ Oil
  • Parfum
  • Arnica Montana Flower Extract
  • Limonene
  • Linalool
  • Citronellol
  • Geraniol
  • Citral
  • Eugenol
  • Farnesol

Weleda Stretch Mark Massage Oil contains arnica, sweet almond oil, and vitamin E that they claim will help reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Also, the soothing oils of neroli, myrrh, rose, and frankincense will provide a complex perfume. However, the product does not contain clinically proven ingredients such as Allium Cepa (onion) bulb extract, Aloe barbadensis (aloe vera) and Emu, Safflower, Sunflower, and Jojoba Oils. Lack of these ingredients may result in a product that does not effectively rejuvenate and moisturize the skin whilst promoting elasticity. Comparing it to other brands, it might be less effective.

Dosage

The manufacturer recommends that the user the oil into the skin about 2 to 3 times a day. It is best to use the product from the beginning of pregnancy tot the end of the breastfeeding period. Use light, circular movements over the tummy, thighs, bottom, and breasts.

What is the Cost?

Customers can purchase the product online from the official website. A bottle of 3.4 fluid ounces costs a total of $25.50 and reduced to the current price of $19.13. This is a very low price and may indicate that the ingredients are not of good quality or that the production standards and input was not very high. Also, there are no bundle deals offered.

Manufacturer’s Guarantee

The manufacturer offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products that are purchased from them. If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, you may return it for a refund. The only problem we see with this return policy is the fact that it does not specify the condition the products must be in upon returning it. This may lead to many complications and possibly a refusal of a refund. As a result, customers will not be able to test the product to see if it works.

Our Final Review of Weleda Stretch Mark Massage Oil

After our informative review of Weleda Stretch Mark Massage Oil, we have concluded that the manufacturer provides clear and straightforward information concerning when and how to apply the oil.

Unfortunately, we have also found many setbacks concerning the manufacturer’s interest in the customers and the effectiveness of the product. First of all, we are rather concerned about the very low price of the product when comparing it to other brands. Furthermore, the product does not contain ingredients that have been clinically proven to be effective. Finally, the manufacturer does not back their product with a solid guarantee and you will be at risk. Due to these setbacks, we do not recommend Weleda Stretch Mark Massage Oil for users and encourage you to keep searching.
