What Is Cleanse Purify Colon Program?

Cleanse Purify has formulated Colon Program which it says is for you if you’re feeling full, bloated or blocked. As a standalone product, it clears the bowel but when used in conjunction with one of their other supplements, it can offer a deep cleanse.

People undertake cleanses for a variety of reasons which may be to kickstart a metabolism, rid the gut of toxins, eradicate bloating and to generally feel better – there is a big connect between the bowel and the brain and feel-good hormones, which scientists are only now beginning to understand. As for toxins, left to linger in the gut, dried out fecal matter -which consists of 70% bacteria – is filled with it, and the last thing you need is these toxins making their way into your bloodstream. At a basic level, it slows down your immune system. At a serious level, it can lead to numerous ailments.

Ingredients

Looking at this formula, it is clear it is a mix of soluble fiber (psyllium seed), soothing and nourishing nutrients (ginger), and detoxifying agents. Licorice is a well-known cleanser and detoxifier, and as such you will find it in some products cleansing not only the bowel but the liver. Buckthorn Bark is an ancient herbal remedy that is still used today to clear constipation. Rhubarb was first used by the Chinese to treat constipation and diarrhea, and today it is still a purgative. A lot of the detoxing and cleansing will also come from Goldenseal, which is linked to  cleansing the blood, liver, kidney, and skin, as well as stimulating the internal organs into a state of detox generally. It also soothes inflamed or infected mucous membranes, such as the ones lining the GI tract.

Dosage

Use Colon Program, during or just after breakfast and dinner, for 6 days a week, for 90 days. Work up your dosage from 3 tablets to 5, depending on your needs. We would add that if you are allergic to any of the ingredients you should not use the product, nor should you do so if you are pregnant, unless your doctor has assessed you first and given the go ahead.

What Is The Cost?

A single bottle of 90 tablets costs $33.95. It could last for a month or less. There are no bulk discounts when purchasing online from Cleanse Purify. It is more costly than similar products.

Manufacturer’s Guarantee

We found no evidence of a returns policy despite scouring the manufacturer’s online and communications.

Final Review Of Cleanse Purify Colon Program

The product contains no artificial flavorings or additives, which is a good thing. However it does contain the preservative magnesium stearate. Depending on how sensitive you are, this product can induce headaches and other side effects.

Given how costly Colon Program is, we would have expected a robust guarantee and returns policy. There is none, it seems, elevating the risk associated with this purchase. To compound matters, you’d have to pay more to get a ‘deep’ cleanse as the manufacturer says this supplement should then be used with one of its other products. To sum up, the main factors militating against this purchase in our opinion are cost, risk and cost yet again – if you want a very deep cleanse.
