While we like that this cleanse only has two parts, it still does have quite a long ingredient list.
Dosage
The dosage of this cleanse seems very high. For the AM cleanse, the manufacturer suggests taking 9 tablets daily. Three pills should be taken with every meal. Then, at night, three of the PM restore tablets should be taken. While there are only two types of tablets with this cleanse, you still need to remember to take them very often throughout the day.

We were also able to find third party sellers with this cleanse available at prices varying from $12.99 to $14.99. There are a few things we liked about Country Farms 7 Day Inner Cleanse. This is only a two-part system, so there are less bottles or packages to remember. Also, the cost of this cleanse is fairly inexpensive when compared to other programs we have seen.
Unfortunately, there are many things we did not like about this product. First off, the dosing, especially of the AM cleanse is quite high. You have to remember to take three pills, three times a day. Also, there are a lot of ingredients in each of the different parts. Lastly, because this system is not available for purchase direct from the manufacturer, we were unable to find any sort of guarantee or return policy for this product. For these reasons, we cannot recommend this product.
