Kramer Laboratories Fungi-Nail Toe & Foot Review

Kramer Laboratories Fungi-Nail Toe & Foot is a product that’s designed to offer relief to consumers suffering from highly contagious and often difficult to treat foot fungal problems including athlete’s foot (tinea pedis), jock itch (tinea cruris) and ringworm (tinea corporis). These infections can also sometimes be found on the hands, generally occur under the nail, on or around the cuticles, or near the tips or edges of the nails.

The product, which has been on the market for 38 years, comes in three different delivery formulations: a solution – the original product which is recommended for frequent sufferers of these fungal infections; a no-spill pen applicator for a more targeted application; and an ointment which is supposed to help deal with fungus infections that have spread past the nail and surrounding cuticles to between the toes.

The manufacturer guarantees visible results within four weeks, but acknowledges that you may have to exceed the recommended dosage to achieve this for serious or persistently recurring infections. It has to be applied under the infected nail/s as well as to the surrounding cuticle.

Ingredients

Liquid Solution and Pen:

Ointment:

Undecylenic Acid is widely recognised for its anti-fungal properties, as is Zinc Undecylenate.

Dosage

Solution: apply a thin layer twice daily (morning and night), or as directed by a doctor. Use the brush applicator that enables the solution to be applied under the nails and to the surrounding cuticle.

Pen: Point the brush downwards and twist the base of the pen to saturate the brush. Apply this around the cuticle and under the edge of the nail twice daily.

Ointment: apply the ointment at least twice a day using the dual-angled brush applicator’s narrow edge to reach under the nail tips and around the cuticles; and the wide-angle to affected skin between and around toes.

Price

The product is not available directly from the manufacturer. However, the different variations are widely available from online and bricks and mortar retailers for under $10

Guarantee

If you are unhappy with the results of your treatment with Kramer Laboratories Fungi-Nail Toe & Foot, you can apply for a refund directly from the manufacturer by emailing a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase, and a copy of the package barcode. If you didn’t keep you receipt, you can peel the wrapper from the bottle and send that – or you can contact their call center to find out what to do.

Kramer Laboratories Fungi-Nail Toe & Foot Review – Conclusion

Over the counter anti-fungal products like Kramer Laboratories Fungi-Nail Toe & Foot generally do not penetrate nails, therefore making it ineffective on the nail itself. However, the manufacturer has tried to make it easier for users to get the active solution or ointment under the nail by providing special applicators.

While the manufacturer claims that all three versions contain the maximum strength of the active ingredients one can include in a non-prescription treatment formulation, we found competitive products with a high dose of Undecylenic Acid.

The product has been around for many years, but we’re not sure that can be regarded as an indication of its effectiveness. Although the manufacturer states that it stands by its product, we find the refund procedure quite complicated. If you do buy one of the product, try to remember to keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
