Innate Choice Omega Sufficiency Review

What is Innate Choice Omega Sufficiency?

We all know that Omega-3 fatty acids are good for health and wellbeing. The problem is that the most readily available source of Omega-3 is fish oil – and fish oil generally tastes awful. Even worse, it has some unpleasant characteristics such as inducing a fishy aftertaste and what’s become known as “fish burp”.

Innate Choice has therefore introduced something different for its Omega Sufficiency supplement – favors. Innate Choice’s liquid Omega-3 fish oil and capsules come in two different flavors – lemon; and strawberry/lime.

The availability of the supplement as a liquid means it can be taken by children as well as adults who struggle to swallow tablets and capsules.

Although wild fish sources are becoming increasingly toxic with mercury, dioxins and other pollutants, Innate Choice guarantees that its product is mercury free. During its manufacturing process, the fish oil extracted is triple distilled and purified to pharmaceutical grade before being infused with natural antioxidants. It is also not chemically altered or concentrated but kept in its natural triglyceride form to provide a pure, safe, natural source of Omega-3 fatty acid.

And after that, you will still have to pay for the shipping, as well as a restocking/handling fee of at least $5.

Our Final Review Of Innate Choice Omega Sufficiency

Innate Choice Omega Sufficiency offers an innovative way to deliver essential Omega-3 fatty acids – by disguising the notoriously fishy taste of the active ingredient with natural flavors of lemon and strawberry. And it appears that they have largely succeeded, with comments from users ranging from “palatable” and “not bad taste” to one or two who claimed to actually like it.

That’s good. However, the product is expensive when compared to other Omega-3 supplements on the market. This leads us to wonder if, when taking it in the capsule form, the premium price is worth it. There are similar products that deliver much the same quality and quantity of Omega-3 oils at considerably lower cost.
