Also, the ingredients help to increase the production of serotonin which helps one feel better and sleep better. However, our research has shown us that this supplement is lacking crucial ingredients that have been clinically proven to be safe and effective. Also, the product lacks a night time formula that provides the user with melatonin for peaceful sleep. The day time formula should contain Valerian root, L-Theanine, Passion flower, Chamomile flower, magnesium, and Bacopa. Without these ingredients, the product may not be as effective as other brands.
Dosage
Adults are recommended by the manufacturer to take 2 capsules once a day as needed or at bedtime. This is because 5-HTP may produce drowsiness. Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not indicate if the product must be taken with a meal or on an empty stomach.
