What is Viva Naturals CoQ10?

Today we will take a look at Viva Naturals CoQ10 in our informative review. The manufacturer claims that this product can promote natural energy production, promote healthy skin, and also support heart health. As Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a natural antioxidant found in the body, production thereof starts to reduce as one ages. Thus, supplementing the body with this product is very important. Keep on reading to see what benefits Viva Naturals CoQ10 can offer you and if it is an effective product worth trying.

Ingredients

  • Coenzyme Q10
  • BioPerine (Black pepper fruit extract)

Viva Naturals CoQ10 contains Coenzyme Q10 which helps promote a healthy heart, enhances cardiovascular health, improves exercise recovery, helps with skin health, and maintains healthy cholesterol and blood sugar levels. It also acts as an antioxidant which protects the cells in the body from free radicals and harm. The supplement also contains BioPerine which increases the bioavailability and absorption of the nutrient.

Dosage

The label on the product suggests that the user take 1 softgel per day just before a meal. Ach softgel provides a total of 400 mg CoQ10. Based on our research, the safe and effective dosage is 250 mg per day. Too much may be dangerous for your health. The manufacturer also sells the product in a 200 mg softgel and a 100 mg softgel, however, these dosages are too low and may cause the product to be ineffective. In addition to this, the manufacturer does not state when the best time of day is to take the product.

What is the Cost?

A bottle of 60 softgels can be purchased online from the manufacturer’s website. Each bottle of 400 mg softgels costs $26.99.  A bottle of 200 mg softgels costs $19.99 and a bottle of 100 mg softgels costs $14.99. There are no discounts or bundle deals made available. However, these are still very low prices in comparison with other brands and may indicate low-quality ingredients.

Manufacturer’s Guarantee

The manufacturer offers a 90-day money-back guarantee. It is however noteworthy that the manufacturer does not specify the condition the product may be in upon returning it. This could lead to the manufacturer refusing a refund.

Our Final Review of Viva Naturals CoQ10

After analyzing Viva Naturals CoQ10, we have come across a few things that we like about the product. The product comes in easy to swallow softgels that are filled with CoQ10 and added BioPerine.

Unfortunately, we have also found a few things that we do not like about the product. First of all, each capsule is filled with a daily dosage of 400 mg. Based on clinical studies, the safe and effective daily dosage is 250 mg. It is clear that the manufacturer was very enthusiastic about the product and tried to fill each softgel with the most CoQ10 as possible. Only problem is, this may be harmful for your body. It is best to consume the correct daily dosage rather than providing your body with an overdose. Furthermore, the product is sold at a very low price and may be due to low-quality ingredients. Finally, the manufacturer offers a very weak return policy which could leave you at risk.

Due to the many drawbacks mentioned above and the fact that the product does not provide as many benefits as other brands, we do not recommend the use of Viva Naturals CoQ10.
