What is Simply Supplements Apple Cider Vinegar?

Read our review below about Simply Supplements Apple Cider Vinegar. According to the manufacturer, this product will offer you the chance to maintain a daily, convenient dose of apple cider vinegar whilst avoiding much of its polarising smell and taste. In this review, we list the facts to see whether the manufacturer lives up to its claims about the product.

Ingredients

Apple Cider Vinegar can lower blood sugar levels, reduce cholesterol and help with weight loss. Acetic Acid reduces inflammation and reduces blood pressure. Chromium enhances lipid, carbohydrate and protein metabolism and improves insulin sensitivity.

We like the fact that this product is yeast, fish and wheat free and that it is also suitable for vegans.

It is a bit worrying, however, that they include only 500mg of apple cider vinegar in this formula. In order for an apple cider vinegar formula to really be effective, we would suggest that it contains at least 1600mg of apple cider vinegar per serving. It is further also important that it should contain the ‘mother’ as well as Bioperine for maximum effectiveness and increased absorption.

Dosage

Two to four capsules should be taken daily. It is not clear what times of the day it should be taken or whether it should be taken with or without food.

What is the Cost?

One bottle, with 180 capsules, can be purchased for $17.59. A bottle which contains 120 capsules can be bought for $12.39. You can save 10% on your purchase if you go for the auto despatch option. They are unfortunately not offering any bulk purchasing options at this stage.

Manufacturer’s Guarantee

The manufacturer offers a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. They do not, however, refund or exchange products that have been used. We don’t understand how a client can determine whether they are satisfied with their purchase if they are not even allowed to open the container or use the product. This might mean that there are some concerns about the effectiveness of Simply Supplements’ products. We would rather go for a product with a proper money-back guarantee in order to be able to try out the product without the risk of losing our money.

Our Final Review of Simply Supplements Apple Cider Vinegar

We are impressed by the fact that this product is wheat, fish and yeast free and that it is suitable for vegans. We also like the fact that it contains ingredients which help to reduce inflammation, reduce blood pressure and improve insulin sensitivity.

We do find that the amount of apple cider vinegar included in this formula is a bit low at 500mg per serving instead of the recommended 1600mg per serving. We are also concerned about the effectiveness as it does not contain the ‘mother’ or Bioperine.

It is also quite worrying that the company does not offer a money-back guarantee on products that have been used – this might mean that they lack confidence in the effectiveness of their products.
