What is Nocturest?
Today, we have compiled this review of Nocturest from Rejuvica. The manufacturer claims to alleviate insomnia by relieving restlessness and promoting relaxation and a better night’s sleep with its great tasting, natural based liquid remedy.
Here are our findings:
- Magnesium citrate – 20mg
- Theanine – 50mg
- Melatonin – 3mg
Proprietary blend – 1.23ml
- Lemon balm
While it does appear that the ingredients are natural and do not contain any chemical alternatives, there are no clear indications of recommended daily values within each ingredient.
No side effects seem to be recorded however, if you are pregnant, nursing, have heart conditions or taking any medication, you should consult a physician before taking Nocturest.
As Nocturest is a liquid, it claims to be absorbed in 20 – 30 seconds. The liquid should be taken 30 minutes before bed. The recommended daily dose is ¼ of a teaspoon (1.23 ml) the equivalent of approximately one full dropper. The effective dosage for regulating sleep is 6mg of melatonin, however, Nocturest has a lower melatonin content which leaves the effectiveness of this product questionable.
What is the Cost?
A single bottle costs $44.00 excluding shipping for a 48-day supply. Packages that are offered are the 2-bottle supply as well as the super pack which is a 3 bottle supply. Nocturest offers a discount of $10.00 per bottle for this month however, there is no clear indication of what date the promotion ends. It also states that there is a limited supply available.
Fortunately, there is a 60-day 100% money back guarantee on all used and unused products (excluding shipping costs). While that sounds like a sweet deal, Nocturest recommends that you use the product for 30+ days to see results, leaving you with a shorter timeframe in which to return the product if unsatisfied.
Our Final Review of Nocturest
Overall, Nocturest appears to be an all-natural product when it comes to ingredients and it does offer a guarantee which give us some confidence in the product, however, there does seem to be downsides we cannot ignore. There seems to be limited information and research on how exactly the product works. When on the Nocturest website, the “how it works” link seems to be broken which is the most important part of knowing how the product does what it claims to do. We also found that there are no testimonials on the actual website. When doing a bit of research, we found a variety of negative customer reviews all with similar complaints, the bad taste, its price and causing the opposite results by keeping customers wide awake. The limited information of daily values within each ingredient and lower melatonin content is a cause for concern on the quality and effectiveness of this product. The manufacturer’s claim that a liquid formula is more effective than in capsule form but provide no clinical data to backup their claims. At a price of $44.00 without solid clinical proof and restricted information, we cannot recommend this product.
