What is Phillips’ Colon Health Probiotic?

The colon houses the largest amount of bacteria in your body that supports digestive and immune health. It is important to have a balance of good bacteria in your digestive tract and probiotics can help supplement this good bacteria. When taken daily, probiotics can help support your digestive and general immune health. This review is going to take a closer look at Phillips’ Colon Health Probiotic. Their capsules contain 3 types of probiotics; Lactobacillus gasseri, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium longum, that they claim help defend against occasional constipation, gas, diarrhea and bloating. When taken daily, they can help replenish the good bacteria in your colon which results in better support for the digestive tract and boosts your immune system.

Ingredients

  • Proprietary Blend (Lactobacillus gasser KS-13, Bifidobacterium bifidum G9-1 and Bifidobacterium longum) – 1.5 billion cells

Inactive Ingredients: Potato Starch, Gelatin, Silicon Dioxide.

The good bacteria, Lactobacillus gasseri, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium longum, are friendly bacteria that colonize the gastrointestinal tract, helping to break down food, defend against harmful bacteria and boost immune function. Lactobacillus gasseri is believed to support nutrient absorption and milk sugar digestion. Bifidobacterium longum guards against internal organ imbalance and Bifidobacterium longum supports organic processing and promotes the immune system.

Our Final Review of Phillips’ Colon Health Probiotic

This product seems to be a viable option when looking to maintain good colon health. The price is reasonable and their product contains three types of probiotics that have been shown to offer benefits for optimal colon health. While the price is relatively fair, when researching a product, we always look for a good guarantee that protects the consumer and Phillips’ does not offer one, leaving the consumer at risk of a financial loss if this product does not work for them. In our research, we found a plethora of consumer complaints claiming that this product caused them severe stomach pains to the point that they were forced to discontinue use immediately. Several others claimed that this product left them running to the bathroom all night or caused them to break out.  There are many colon health products available on the market that do not cause side effects, offer full colon health benefits and come with upstanding guarantees. For these reasons, we feel inclined to inquire about other products available on the market before relying on Phillips’ Colon Health Probiotic capsules for colon health support.
