What is i-cool?

For women, there are no strangers to the common effects of menopause.  Whether they are night sweats, hot flashes or some of the other really bothersome symptoms, they are a natural part of menopause.  And unfortunately, they are as inconvenient as they are uncomfortable, thus diminishing the woman’s quality of life.  Is this how you want your life to be during this most taunting part of life?  Of course it isn’t!  i-cool for menopause is specially formulated featuring geniVida genistein which is allergy free and hormone free, and is clinically proven to relieve hot flashes and night sweats.

Ingredients

While the active ingredient for i-cool for menopause is geniVida the other ingredients of this product include:

  • Microcrystalline cellulose
  • dicalcium phoshate
  • croscarmellose sodium
  • stearic acid (Kosher)
  • hypromellose
  • magnesium silicate
  • magnesium sterate vegetable
  • titanium dioxie
  • silica

It should be noted that this list of ingredients are the inactive ones and that the main ingredient of this product is the geniVida which is a synthetic form of genistein. While genistein is one of the three soy isoflavones, the geniVida brand of genistein is not made from soy, which is good news for those with allergies to soy.

Dosage

The recommended dosage is tablet per day.

Side Effects

As previously noted, this product contains no soy and therefore carries no known allergen warnings.  If you are under the care of a physician or taking medications, you should consult your physician prior to taking this supplement.

Price

The suggested retail price of this is 19.95 USD for 30 tablets, thus lasting a full month.

Guarantee

While the manufacturer offers a return policy, it is quite extensive regarding the details of a return.  Visiting the manufacturer website would be to your advantage if your local retailer will not refund your product.  Some of the manufacturer requirements include receipt, original packaging, and they will not reimburse you for the shipping of the return merchandise.  Additionally they note the following conditions:

  • If you do not have all of the information and documentation requested above, we will not be able to provide a refund.
  • Refunds are only for the value of the product. Shipping expenses and taxes will not be reimbursed.
  • We recommend shipping via certified mail, UPS, or some other service that will confirm delivery of your items.
  • i-Health will not accept expired product.
  • Items must be returned/exchanged within 90 days of purchase.
  • Maximum return limit of 2 items of the same brand.
  • Please allow 4-6 weeks for your return to be processed.

This ‘guarantee’ should make one cautious when purchasing this product.

Conclusion

Overall, i-cool for menopause has placed their claim in the advantage of one ingredient and offer no nutritional support for additional menopausal symptoms.  It would be to the consumers’ advantage to research and then consider exactly what they need from a menopausal supplement before selecting i-cool.
