  • Folate- Also known as Vitamin B12 (or 9) has been shown to help with depression tiredness and the reductions of pins and needles in the extremities.
  • Calcium– Is an important mineral that helps your body build strong bones and teeth, it helps regulate heart beat and ensures that blood clots normally. It may help lower high blood pressure and protect against certain types of cancer.
