What is Garden of Life Oceans 3 Healthy Hormones Omega-3?

This is our review of an Omega-3 product that has been formulated to deliver all the benefits of an Omega-3 supplement, but with an important addition. Garden of Life Oceans 3 Healthy Hormones Omega-3 comes with OmegaXanthin which is said to have beneficial properties for women who are going through menopause.

Unlike other menopausal relief products currently on the market, this one does focus purely on relieving common symptoms such as hot flashes and night sweats, although it does contain ingredients such as Wild Hops, Ashwagandha and Indian Gooseberry (Amia Berry) which are widely used to relieve these symptoms.

Rather, Oceans3 Healthy Hormones is formulated primarily as an Omega-3 supplement with additional benefits for women’s hormonal and emotional health. As such, in addition to promoting cardiovascular health thanks to its EPA and DHA content, the product is said to provide menopause and hormonal support; and anti-aging, skin and beauty support. In addition, it is designed to help with stress reduction and emotional wellbeing.

Manufacturer’s Guarantee

While the product is certified as USDA Organic and non-GMO Project verified, there is nothing about a guarantee about its efficacy on the website. There is also no clear indication of a whether there is any refund policy, or how to go about returning product that you are not happy with.

Our Final Review of Garden of Life Oceans 3 Healthy Hormones Omega-3

There is no question that Garden of Life Oceans 3 Healthy Hormones Omega-3 is a good source of Omega-3. It has also been formulated in such as away as to avoid the nasty fishy aftertaste so common among Omega-3 supplements. It also contains a reasonable dose of essential vitamins.

However, the formulation itself seems pretty light on the incorporation of ingredients that relieve menopausal symptoms. If that’s what you are after, it might be advisable to go for a product that formulated specifically for menopause symptom relief.

We were also concerned about the lack of information regarding the manufacturing process, and the fact that there does not appear to be any way to return the product to the manufacturer for a refund should you be dissatisfied with the results you receive.
